Concrete batching machine related terms
Cumulative measurement
It refers to a variety of materials successively measured in the same measuring bucket, and the value of each material is set by the measuring instrument, which is similar to weighing a catty of soybeans in weighing half a catty of rice on the same scale。
落差
During the dosing measurement, the difference between the set value (advance amount) and the actual value is set during the period from the stop dosing instruction issued by the electrical control signal to the material really falling into the metering bucket, so the dosing machine sends a stop signal in advance before the material reaches the actual value when working by the control instrument, and the part of the material falling into the signal is called the drop。
That is: actual number - set number = drop (the drop dosing machine instrument can be automatically corrected)
Peel (return to zero)
Any measuring instrument is measured from a reference point at which the measurement begins,This reference point can be a zero value point in time and space,It can also be a non-zero value point when the balance is empty (such as the actual value of the previous material when there is residual material in the bucket or cumulative measurement),This non-zero value point can be manually or automatically regarded by the control instrument as the zero point (starting reference point) for the next measurement.
